	Randy Schill
	Randy founded CoastPoint in Charlotte and is currently based in Chicago. His focus areas include strategic roadmap planning, strategic management frameworks, program portfolio management, post-merger integration, operational excellence, and risk/compliance.   Randy has served clients in multiple industry verticals including financials services, retail, healthcare, travel/transportation, and government.  Most of his clients in the last 14 years have been large to mid-size banks and insurance companies. Prior to starting CoastPoint, Randy spent 3 years as a management consultant with Accenture and 7 years as a strategy & transformation executive with Bank of America.
